Welcome to ExecutorPilot. By using executorpilot.com and our tools, or by purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — we've kept them plain.

1. What ExecutorPilot is

ExecutorPilot is a brand of Keystone Brands Holdings LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. It provides educational and organizational tools for people serving as executors or personal representatives of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York estates — a deadline calculator, checklists, guides, and document templates. It is a compliance and organizational resource. ExecutorPilot is not a law firm, does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. Not advice — verify everything

Our tools apply general rules for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York to the dates and information you enter. They do not interpret your specific situation. Estate rules vary by county and change over time. Always confirm your deadlines, forms and obligations with the court handling the estate (the Surrogate's Court or Register of Wills), your state's tax authority, or a licensed attorney in that state before acting. For a contested will, an insolvent estate, or any matter in dispute, consult an attorney.

3. Products and purchases

Our digital products (such as the state Executor Compliance Kits) are sold through third-party platforms (Gumroad, Etsy). Your purchase is also subject to those platforms' terms. Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.

ExecutorPilot Live. Each ExecutorPilot Live license covers one estate, for as long as you are administering it, up to 24 months from activation. It includes the state Compliance Kit files, delivered through Gumroad. Compliance Kit owners may instead buy the Kit owner upgrade, which requires the license key from their Kit purchase when it is activated; each Kit license supports one upgrade.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. We work hard to deliver every reminder on time and we monitor delivery daily, but email can be delayed, filtered as spam or lost. You remain responsible for meeting every deadline. Do not rely on ExecutorPilot Live as your only record of a deadline.

Your account. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so anyone who controls your email can sign in to your account. Keep your email account secure, and don't share your calendar subscription link.

Beta. While ExecutorPilot Live is labelled "beta", features may change and occasional errors are more likely.

4. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Every Compliance Kit and every ExecutorPilot Live license carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't the help you needed, email hello@executorpilot.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full. You do not need to complete a form, answer questions, or explain your reasons, and you may keep any files you have already downloaded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the platform you purchased on, which may take a few business days to appear. This guarantee is offered by ExecutorPilot in addition to any rights you have under the selling platform's own policies — it does not replace or limit them.

5. Intellectual property

The content, guides, templates, and materials we provide are owned by ExecutorPilot and licensed to you for your own personal use in administering an estate. Please don't resell, redistribute, or republish them.

6. "As is" — no warranties

ExecutorPilot and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or current for your situation — which is why we ask you to verify with the official sources above.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExecutorPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the tools, or the products. You are responsible for your own decisions as an executor.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
