ExecutorPilot ("ExecutorPilot," "we," "us") is a brand of Keystone Brands Holdings LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, which operates the website executorpilot.com and provides educational tools for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York executors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it plain.

What we collect

• Information you give us on the website. If you sign up on executorpilot.com (for example to unlock your full deadline timeline or join a waitlist), we collect your email address, the state you choose and — on some pages — the date of death you enter, stored with your email subscription. The website calculators do not ask for anyone's name.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use basic analytics and advertising tools that collect standard technical information — such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. This may involve cookies (see below).

ExecutorPilot Live (app.executorpilot.com)

If you use ExecutorPilot Live, we store:

• your email address, to sign you in and send your reminders;
• the estate details you choose to enter: the state, county, the name of the person who died, your name, the court's docket or file number, and dates such as the date of death, the date letters were granted or you were appointed, and (optionally) creditor-notice and advertisement dates;
• which checklist steps you've ticked;
• records of the emails we sent you (when sign-in links and reminders were sent), so we can confirm reminders were delivered;
• if you bought Live, a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your license key and the email on your purchase — never the key itself.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or documents. The details you type on a letter page (your mailing address and phone) and the finished letter stay in your browser — they are never sent to us or saved.

Calendar subscription link. If you use the calendar subscription, anyone who has that link can see your deadline titles and dates (it never includes names). You can make a new link at any time, which switches the old one off.

Deleting and downloading. You can download everything we hold about an estate, or delete the estate, from its page at any time; deletion is immediate. To delete your whole account, email hello@executorpilot.com.

How we use it

• To send you the deadline information and first-steps guidance you requested, and related follow-up emails.
• To respond to you if you reply or email us.
• To understand how people find and use the site, and to measure the performance of our ads.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups. This uses cookies and similar technology. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

ExecutorPilot Live uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in (for up to 30 days). It contains no advertising or tracking, and the app itself runs no analytics or ad tags.

Service providers we share data with

We use a few trusted services to run ExecutorPilot, and we share only what's needed for them to do their job:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — to store your subscription and send our emails.
• Google — for advertising measurement and analytics.
• Cloudflare — to host the website and ExecutorPilot Live, including its database (United States).
• Gumroad — to sell our products and process payments. We never see your card details.
• Postmark — to send ExecutorPilot Live's sign-in links and deadline reminders.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.

Email

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us to be removed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email hello@executorpilot.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests as well.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you unsubscribe and ask to be deleted, we remove your personal information from our active systems.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and rely on the security practices of the established providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

ExecutorPilot is intended for adults handling estate matters and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top.
