ExecutorPilot ("ExecutorPilot," "we," "us") operates the website executorpilot.com and provides educational tools for New Jersey executors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it plain.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you use the deadline calculator and ask us to email your results, we collect your email address, your first name (only if you choose to provide it), and the date of death you enter — so we can calculate and send your deadlines. We do not ask for the deceased person's name or any other identifying details; only the date.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use basic analytics and advertising tools that collect standard technical information — such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. This may involve cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To send you the deadline information and first-steps guidance you requested, and related follow-up emails.
• To respond to you if you reply or email us.
• To understand how people find and use the site, and to measure the performance of our ads.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups. This uses cookies and similar technology. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Service providers we share data with

We use a few trusted services to run ExecutorPilot, and we share only what's needed for them to do their job:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — to store your subscription and send our emails.
• Google — for advertising measurement and analytics.
• Cloudflare — to host and deliver the website.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.

Email

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us to be removed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email hello@executorpilot.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests as well.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you unsubscribe and ask to be deleted, we remove your personal information from our active systems.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and rely on the security practices of the established providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

ExecutorPilot is intended for adults handling estate matters and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top.
